As many jurisdictions are reforming laws for digital negotiable instruments following the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records (MLETR), Finnish Fintech Ecosystem Ltd and Casterman Advisory will jointly hold a webinar to discuss how to cut costs and benefit from the regulatory developments.
The session will take place on 16 June 2021 at 14:30 CEST. Gunnar Collin from Enigio will participate in the webinar as a speaker to explain how corporates and banks digitise guarantees, bills of exchange, promissory notes, and integrate those into their existing trade platforms.
