The Change to Paper function can be used if a change of form to physical paper from an electronic original must be performed in line with MLETR (Model Law for Electronic Transferable Records) and other derived legislations.
By pressing Change to Paper (only available for Super users) a wizard will be opened guiding the user in each step.

You confirm the intention to change the electronic original into a paper and press Next.

The legal text that will be put into the document that you need to sign electronically is presented. Press next and enter the signature field. The email will not be editable as it is taken from the logged in user.
An OTP will be sent to your email.

The signing text is presented. It also confirms the intention to change to paper.

You can now sign

The prepared signed document can be downloaded and printed for physical signature on the new paper original.

When button pressed the print dialog opens automatically.
