Welcoming Chris Rowlands as Customer Success Manager at Enigio

Enigio’s trace:original solution for creating and managing secure electronic trade documents is gaining rapid momentum and we are pleased to welcome Chris Rowlands as our Customer Success Manager.   

Chris will take the lead on ensuring that our customers have a smooth onboarding of trace:original, and can fully harness the full potential of trace:original’s technology, providing a supportive customer journey.   

Chris joins Enigio with a wealth of experience from British Telecom managing telecommunications projects and from the Royal Corps of Signals.  

Whilst at BT, Chris managed telecommunications projects where his adaptable approach and project management skills enabled him to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and ensure smooth delivery of multiple technical projects. 

During his 13 years with the British Army, Chris demonstrated his commitment to excellence, clear communication, and leadership. His experience includes managing complex communication systems in high-pressure environments across Europe, Africa and various other locations around the world, working with a multitude of organizations such as the UN and NATO , which underscores his ability to take ownership and deliver results in dynamic situations.
